Shipping policy

Shipping product is estimated after production to be 10-12 business days. Because of the nature of our product, we are not able to resell any item purchased once it leaves our manufacturer. We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS or EXCHANGES. 

By placing your order, the product requested was made unavailable to other potential customers, and for those reasons once you place an order, we are unable to grant any cancellations or refunds, regardless if the order has shipped. 

Orders are dropped shipped by various vendors as we do not have control over their specific shipping or production options or rules. 

We do ask that you notify us within 15 business days of any incorrect or damaged shipment with your order so we may access the situation and make any necessary corrections.
